We make exchanges easy! If you need a different size or received the wrong/damaged item, we’re here to help.
Exchange Eligibility
Items must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags and packaging.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange (sale items are final).
How to Request an Exchange
Go to our Exchange/Replacement (or visit the Contact Us page if no portal is available).
Submit your:
Order number
Reason for exchange
Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
Desired size or product for replacement
Get Confirmation
Our team will review your request and send a confirmation email with exchange instructions within 24–48 hours.
Exchange Process
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will:
Ship your replacement product within 3–5 working days
Notify you via email once the new item is on its way
